Le lait U.H.T, c'est quand même pas mal pratique. On achète plein de briques de lait un jour où on se sent courageux, et on peut ensuite garder le lait autant qu'on veut, ou presque. *

Bon, il faut attendre que la douleur dans les bras disparaisse, parce que 12kgs de lait à ramener du Monoprix du coin, c'est pas rien, mais bon, bref, c'est pratique quand même.

Bizarrement, il n'y a presque pas de lait U.H.T disponible par ici. La seule raison à cela, apparemment, est que les gens ne sont pas confortables à l'idée de boire un truc stérilisé et mis sous vide dans une obscure et lointaine usine... mais ça ne semble pas les déranger pour les fromages, par contre (et tout un tas d'autres aliments), mais passons... Bref, le lait U.H.T est un échec commercial en Amérique, alors qu'il est majoritairement consommé en Europe. Du coup, quand on achète son lait ici, il faut le garder au frigo et ne pas le laisser trainer trop longtemps... ça risque pas d'arriver avec moi puisque je bois religieusement mon demi-litre de lait tous les matins, mais pour les autres méchants qui sautent leurs petits-déjeuners, gare au lait tourné. Ca veut aussi dire que les gros consommateurs doivent aller faire les courses plus souvent.

this morning  : impossible to up the frezzy slope to go to the bus !!  i was like a dog in this bloody frezzy pavment ! so , i raise me and here, que I slide back  (like i was in an escalator) erm  try again !!!!

this night : verry good dinner, but too fat and too much oil : chinise food, or better "american- chinise food" I miss the ''nems" , "samoussa" and springrolls ! but now i love Gimgenbre beef !!! (since the day i stated to like this food !!)
